Does it work with other swivels?+
No — Speedbag Champ is designed for EVO14 and EVO XR systems with the white Teflon-core ball.
Do I need my own platform and bag?+
Yes. Bundles include the counter and a swivel — the Starter ships with an EVO14 MP swivel, the Pro with the EVO14 XR stainless steel swivel. The platform, drum, and bag are not included. Any standard speed bag platform and bag work with the EVO swivel. Starting from zero? Ask us and we'll point you at a setup.
Which setup should I buy?+

Does it come with screws?+
No — screws are not included. Watch the install video to see what you need.
What if it stops reading correctly?+
The white Teflon-core ball can create dust buildup over time. Take the unit down, wipe it clean, clear dust from the area, and reinstall it.
What if it breaks?+
7-Day Replacement Promise: every device is tested in Los Angeles before it ships. If yours stops working within 7 days of delivery, we ship a replacement free. After that we still take care of you — contact us.
When does it ship, and do you ship internationally?+
Every device is tested in Los Angeles, then shipped. Bundles ship free in the U.S.; Device Only shipping is calculated at checkout. International orders are welcome — duties, VAT, and customs fees at delivery are the customer's responsibility.

Do I need the app to use it?+
Yes. Speedbag Champ is built to work with the app — register a username to use the full connected experience. See app details →
Is Android supported?+
Yes — iPhone and Android are both live now, on the App Store and Google Play.
Is the app free?+
Pairing and core counting are free, forever. For the first 100 Founders, premium access is included through December 31, 2026. After that, premium is $4.99/month or $49.99/year. Core counting stays with the hardware.
Can I race someone in another country?+
Yes. Both people need internet, the app, and their own Speedbag Champ setup.
How does it charge?+
USB-C. A red light turns on while charging and shuts off when full.
How long does the battery last?+
About 4 to 6 hours of actual bag time before recharging.
How many devices can connect at once?+
Up to 8 devices connect at once — the ceiling for gym brackets, classes, and event nights. For gyms →
