Any counter counts. This one connects.

A patented sensor catches every hit. The free app does the rest.

Freestyle

Never train alone.

Your pace draws a live line across a teal pocket lane. Get in it, stay in it, and your IN THE POCKET clock runs. Sign in and the room trains with you: other athletes on Freestyle, iPhone and Android, their pace lines riding your graph.

Use the TRY IT buttons to speed up, find the pocket, fill the room or send props. Then tap a line or a name on the card.

PUNCHES
LEVELS
WARM UP, then HEATING UP from 4 punches a second and ON FIRE from 9.5 when you're above your pocket. Your pace, badge, line and frame all take the colour.
THE POCKET
Pick your lane: Cruise 5–7, Classic 7–9 or Fast 9–11. Hold it with steady hits and the streak clock runs. BEST FLOW keeps your longest stretch.
THE ROOM
Signed in, you share one open room with everyone else on Freestyle, iPhone and Android. Up to 6 partner lines ride your graph; ROOM lists up to 10 others.
PROPS
Eight preset cheers and no chat. When a partner hits the pocket, send one in a single tap.
Demo session: punches are simulated and every name is made up. Shown as on iPhone; Android has the same card with small differences, and a different count dial and buttons. In the app, Freestyle counts from a Speedbag Champ counter on your bag, and the live room and props need a sign-in.

The wall number in the demo is an example.

Will it work with my speed bag?

It fits EVO14 and EVO XR swivels (white Teflon-core ball). Any standard platform and bag work. Not sure? The Starter Bundle includes the swivel.

Do I have to pay for the app?

No. Pairing and counting are free, forever. Premium (racing, leaderboards, global events) is free for everyone until January 1, 2027.

I've never hit a speed bag. Is this for me?

Yes. It's rhythm, not fighting. Most people find the beat in an afternoon.

What if it doesn't work for me?

Every device is tested in Los Angeles. If it doesn't work on your EVO14 or XR setup, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If it stops working in the first 7 days, we send a new one free.
