Processing
Every device is tested in Los Angeles, then ships within 1–2 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.
United States
- Free standard shipping within the continental United States (every state except Alaska and Hawaii) via USPS Ground Advantage (3–5 business days).
- Express shipping (USPS Priority Mail Express, 1–2 business days) is available at checkout.
- Alaska and Hawaii orders pay the USPS rate shown at checkout.
International
International orders are welcome. We ship to more than 180 countries and territories, including Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, Mexico, Brazil, India and South Africa. Choose your country in the “Shipping to” menu at the bottom of any page to see prices in your currency. A few countries aren’t available, including mainland China (the Speedbag Champ app needs Google services, which don’t work there), Russia, and countries under U.S. sanctions.
- Shipping is US$24.99 for orders up to 1 lb, US$44.99 for orders from 1 to 4 lb, and US$89.99 for orders over 4 lb. Every international order is tracked.
- Prices are shown in your local currency. VAT and import duties are included in the price or added at checkout, so there is nothing extra to pay when your package arrives.
- International orders are processed by Global-e, our international merchant of record.
