Delete Your Speedbag Champ Account & Data

You can permanently delete your Speedbag Champ account and all associated data at any time, using either of the options below.

Option 1 — Delete in the app

  • iOS: open the app, go to Profile → Delete Account, and confirm. You may be asked to re-authenticate (re-enter your password or sign in with Google/Apple) for security. Your account and data are removed immediately.
  • Android: in-app deletion is rolling out. Until it appears in your version, please use Option 2 below — it has the identical effect.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

Email us from the email address associated with your account so we can verify it's you:

Or email eras.noel@athleticinterpretations.com with the subject "Account deletion request" and include your account email or username.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

  • Your profile (email, username, display name, region/country/state and city, avatar).
  • Your training sessions and history, scores, and leaderboard entries.
  • Your win/loss records, friends/rivals list, and gym membership.
  • Your online presence/availability data and notification tokens & settings.
  • Your username reservation (it becomes available again) and any locally stored history on your device.

We complete deletion requests within 30 days (usually much sooner). We may retain a limited amount of information only where required by law, or to prevent fraud or abuse, for the minimum period necessary; such data is not used for any other purpose.
